That said, this program does have some flaws that some lifters need to be aware of prior to beginning the program. Why This May Not Be The Best Program For You… That said, I did find some flaws in Jeff Nippard’s UPPER LOWER Size and Strength Program that are worth discussing more in-depth. It also offers a wide variety of movements, substitutions, and exercise demonstration videos to further enhance the lifter’s experience and results. Like all of Jeff Nippard’s online training guides, Jeff Nippard’s UPPER LOWER Size and Strength Program is very informative at explaining the rationale behind the exercise programming and exercise selections.
